Lemongrass tea is made from lemongrass grown by farmers in Banteay Srey district. Producing lemongrass is a substitute for tea leaf and applies the tea-making principle to maintain the aroma and flavor effect. Produced by a group of farmers in Prasat Bakong district, Siem Reap province.
